My name is Nicola and I'm a naturally helpful person. 

I've spent the last decade gaining experience in training, leadership, coaching, HR, project management, development programmes and communications. One common thread kept my curiousity and passion throughout the years.

Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping someone unlock their potential. My natural style is relaxed, uncomplicated and direct. I am a positive, skills affirming coach with experience of building confidence in others.

I offer a range of services from 1:1 sessions to whole day workshops.
